No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

If would rather not make an online payment you can opt for Cash on Delivery. You will have to make your payment in cash during the final delivery of your order, before the order is handed over to you. The payment should be strictly in cash. The maximum amount that is payable via cash on delivery is ₹9,999. Payment is only accepted in Indian Rupees.

Returns & Replacements

If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.

Boltt will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.

1. Delayed delivery of the productIn case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (Boltt is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).

2. Wrong product received.

3. Damaged product received.

In such cases, we require that

- Items should not be installed or used.

- All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

Cancellations

If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

It usually takes 2 working days to cancel an order. You will be notified about the cancellation by call or e-mail. If the item has already been dispatched, it will take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete, once the product is returned to our warehouse.

Shipping

There are no shipping charges for any orders at www.boltt.shop

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

All orders are shipped with an invoice from Boltt. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at infocare@boltt.com

1. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.boltt.shop and clicking on "Track Your Order"

2. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Boltt Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at infocare@boltt.com with your order ID and images of the product. Boltt will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

2. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket atinfocare@boltt.com, mentioning your order ID. Boltt will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately

Warranty Guidelines  

In case, you face any issues with your Fire-Boltt product, please contact us and we will be pleased to help you.  

Fire-Boltt Warranty Guidelines  

The Fire-Boltt warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the its products and is non- transferable.  

The services related to warranty are limited to replacement or repair of the product and is at the own discretion of Fire-Boltt.  

Proof of purchase has to be presented to avail warranty services.  

You can register a warranty service request at HEREand our customer service team will contact you and begin the troubleshooting for the respective issue.  

If, the issue is not resolved over the phone call or on the e-mail, we will arrange a pick-up for the device from your address in case of repairment or replacement. In case, of non-availability of reverse-pickup facility at your location, Fire-Boltt will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with our customer service team. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit in case, you self-ship your product to us.  

Fire-Boltt warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide rectifications and repairs of the reported concern. In case, a replacement is given, the replaced device will be in the equivalent condition only, in terms of looks and durability, with or without accessories and packaging. 

Fire-Boltt shall not be covering any consequential or resulting liabilities, damages or loss to the property or life, injuries, or the loss of any kind of personal data as a result of any direct or indirect defects in our products.  

Fire-Boltt shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of our products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.  

While Fire-Boltt will make the best effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressively clear that we are under no obligation to cover it in a specified period of time.  

If any coloured, internal or external component is to be replaced, there will be an attempt to make sure that the shade of the product matches with the original components. The replaced patterns, tints or shades may differ from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the that particular product. Any matching component changed at customer's specified request will be charged except for the component replaced under the warranty policy.  

In case, the product is replaced within the warranty timeline and is sold-out, then an upgraded category of product of the same price range will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund, and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date.  

Fire-Boltt Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:  

The products are not operated under the instructions given in the manual.  

In case of any harm to the product due to customer abuse, repaired by an unauthorised person, or any type of misuse detected. 

Products attacked or damaged by house pets, pests or rodents, incidental or accidental damage, any kind of liquid spillage on the device, or device subjected to extreme atmospheric conditions like, temperature imbalance, water logging, etc. in the product, usage of non-specified charger, any type of cutting or breaking of wires, careless or improper use, defects appeared due to the causes beyond the capacity to control like abnormal voltage, lightening or acts of God.  

This warranty will automatically be discontinued on the expiration of the warranty timeline, i.e, 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the products are not operated during the warranty timeline for any reason.  

Degradation or peeling of the colour of any product due to normal usage or wear and tear.  

Concerns which are related to the look and feel of the products, dull display under sunlight, low quality of sound due to dust or dirt accumulated on insides of the products.

We are doing our best to provide you with the appropriate support at the earliest. In case of a complaint/query of your product, related to software/hardware, follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Click on the ‘Register an Online Complaint’ Button and fill in the required details.

Step 2: A Ticket Number will be generated for your complaint/query, so you can track the following process.

Step 3: Our Support Team will revert within 24-48 hours.

Step 4: A Resolution will be given to you related to Exchange/Refund within 7-10 Days.
